Approach
Using techniques from dialectical behavioral, cognitive, and client-centered therapy, I work with each client individually to tailor your treatment plan to you and your specific needs and wishes. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership, and the foundation upon which healing and growth can occur. My approach is trauma-informed and critical of power relations within and outside of the therapeutic relationship.
